Wir waren für 12 Nächte zu dritt vor Ort und uns hat folgendes sehr gut gefallen: die absolute Nähe zum Strand der sehr gute Bäcker, Eisdiele und Kiosk direkt im Gebäude kostenfreies Parken vor der Haustür die reichhaltige Ausstattung Strandspielzeug, Strandstühle, Spiele, Sonnenschirm. Reichhaltiges Küchenzubehör zum Kochen Töpfe und Geschirr, Gläser. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig und hat eine Badewanne mit Handbrause (ohne Stangenbrause-Set und Ausstiegshilfe aus der Wanne). Die Ausrichtung der Wohnung zum Hafen. Dadurch ist sie nicht so sehr der Sonne ausgesetzt und bleibt über Tag recht kühl. --- Uns hat überhaupt nicht gefallen: Die Schlafgelegenheiten. Es gibt ein Schlafsofa und ein Klappbett. Wir sind in unseren Urlauben vom Zelt, Wohnwagen bis zur Ferienwohnung auf verschiedenen Schlafuntergründen unterwegs gewesen. Zu dieser Schlafgelegenheit möchten wir nur sagen auf jeder Isomatte schläft man besser. Das Schlafsofa ist wirklich hart und ungemütlich. Erholsamer Schlaf war für uns persönlich leider nicht möglich. Spannbettlaken lassen sich nicht auf dem Sofa spannen. Das Klappbett ist besser aber auch hier ist die Matratze in der Mitte durchgelegen und nicht mehr angenehm. ----- Interessant zu wissen: Es gibt kein WLAN in der Wohnung. Dafür kostenfreies WLAN am gesamten Südstrand Das kostenfreie Parken gilt nicht für die 30 min Zone ganz vorne. --- Für Hundebesitzer interessant: Es gibt überall Stationen für Plastikbeutel die immer gut gefüllt waren. Der Hundestrand ist ca. 800 m von der Wohnung entfernt. War sehr gross und wenn man will kann man ein Strandkorb mieten. Wir haben Fehmarn als absolut hundefreundlich erlebt.

positiv: Kommunikation im Vorfeld unproblematische, kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe (inkl. Beschreibung Schlüssel-Tresor, Code, etc.) große Anzahl an Parkplätzen (zumindest außerhalb der Saison) nette Begrüßung im Apartment Lage des Apartments schöne große Wohnung, großer Flur mit großen Schränken, schönes Bad gutes Informationsangebot über Fehmarn (aktuelle Flyer von Veranstaltungen, Lokalen, etc.) neutral: ° Schrankbett mitten im Raum gewöhnungsbedürftig ° Wäschepaket überteuert (OK, ich habe es gewusst und akzeptiert, deswegen neutral bewertet, aber es ist eigentlich schon Wucher) negativ: - Beschreibung für den Eingang des Apartments innerhalb des Hauses nicht existent (auch kein "Namensschild" vor der Apartment-Tür) => keinerlei Möglichkeit, es von innen im Flur zu erkennen...nur durch Try & Error mit dem Schlüssel an allen Türen herausgefunden - Die Angabe das ein Wasserkocher im Apartment ist, ist ein riesengroßer Witz...ich habe mich darauf verlassen, da ich es gesundheitsbedingt benötige, und habe einen Spielzeug-Wasserkocher (max 0,5l) in dem Apartment vorgefunden, der noch nicht mal bis zum Maximum befüllt werden konnte, da er sonst überläuft...für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, da ein Standard-Wasserkocher heutzutage ab 20 Euro verfügbar ist und auch genug Platz hierfür im Apartment ist (weiß ich, da ich deswegen einen Wasserkocher im Kaufhaus Stolz in Fehmarn gekauft habe) -> also entweder als Angabe bei der Ausstattung rausnehmen, oder 20 Euro investieren und einen anständigen Wasserkocher in dem Apartment anbieten. - keine Steckdose in der Nähe des Betts (Lösung: Dreifachsteckdose oder Verlängerungskabel) - Lichtschalter nicht vom Bett erreichbar, deswegen Blindflug zum Bett (Lösung: eine simple Nachttischlampe, die an der Dreifachsteckdose angeschlossen ist)
