The apartment is ideal for an individual and independent vacation in South Crete.
Children are very welcome. A toddler bed, toys, and plenty of room to play are available.
The apartment consists of 2 rooms:
1 very large living room with 2 beds + kitchen (ceiling fan)
1 bedroom with double bed + bathroom (air conditioning or fan)
The large outdoor area with a beautiful garden and vine arbor also includes 2 seats, whereby the large seat is located under the canopy; protected from the sun and wind.
The two deck chairs invite you to relax.
There are also: WiFi, washing machine and a parking space directly in front of the house.
Location and surroundings:
The holiday home is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Pitsidias, a still typical Cretan village with gentle tourism. The original local dream factory has been part of this for years. Breakfast, starters (mezedes) cakes are simply delicious. Every now and then there is a party. The picturesque village square with cafes, taverns and small shops is only 2-3 minutes / on foot. You can regularly enjoy concerts, groovy rock music and traditional Greek music with dancers here. Shops in the village: meat and delicacies, fresh bread, vegetables and food. At the Baecker on the road to Matala, you will now also find an ATM. And a bit further a dentist and a pharmacy with a nice selection of cosmetic products.

You can reach the como beach in just under 3km by car or via a beautiful one!Walk 20min / on foot.
You can reach the legendary bathing bay of Matala by car or bus / 4km.
You will find the Redbeach in 20min / on foot from Matala.

Réservation absolument conforme à la description. Franziska nous avait communiqué des informations parfaites pour arriver jusque chez elle. Tout était clair. Le logement est bien équipé, spacieux, avec de nombreux rangements et très propre. Le linge est changé toutes les semaines et rien ne manque. Nous avons passé deux semaines, au calme comme nous le souhaitions. Franziska est adorable et nous a indiqué plusieurs bonnes tables :-)))) ce qui nous a permis d'éviter les nombreux pièges à touristes.. Elle est très disponible et si quoi que ce soit arrive elle est très réactive. Le village est charmant avec de jolies ruelles et une placette animée mais sans nuisances sonores et tous les commerces sont très proches, même à pieds. Une très grande et belle plage facilement accessible est à 5 minutes de voitures de la maison. En conclusion je ne peux que recommander "Landaus Manuela". Nous remercions vivement Franziska pour son accueil chaleureux, bienveillant et sa discrète présence.. Hélène et Claude

Ich habe mir diese Unterkunft unter dem Aspekt ausgesucht, dass ich dort auch arbeiten kann. Und bin nicht enttäuscht worden, im Gegenteil, ich habe jeden Moment an meinem Arbeitsplatz auf der überdachten Terrasse mit Ausblick auf den schönen Garten sehr genossen. Ich konnte auch den ganzen Tag draußen bleiben, da ich durch das Vordach immer im Schatten sass.Das Haus und vor allem die Küche war perfekt für eine Selbstverpflegung eingerichtet, es war alles da, was ich gebraucht habe. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, und die Ausstattung deckt alles ab, was man benötigt und hat mir das Arbeiten sehr erleichtert. Beide Zimmer sind über die Terrasse erreichbar, es gibt keine direkte Verbindung, was auch den Charme der Unterkunft ausmacht. Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral und dennoch angenehm ruhig und überhaupt nicht überlaufen. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten im Dorfkern, hier gibt es Restaurants und einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus ist man schnell an der Küste (Komos Strand in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Generell kann man in dieser Gegend viele Ausflüge machen, und Pitsidia ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt dafür. Franziska ist eine tolle und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich bei ihr sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Sie hat mich mit Ausflugstipps versorgt und immer mal wieder frisches Obst direkt vom Baum vorbei gebracht und geschaut, ob alles okay ist. Zusammengefasst war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Landhaus bei Franziska eine wunderbare Erfahrung, die ich ohne zu z

Check in super easy, Gastgeberin soooo freundlich mit tollen Tipps für Strände, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, 5 Minuten Fußläufig zum Dorfkern mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schöner garten mit wichtigem Schattenplatz. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Gute Lage und netter Empfang

Franziska empfing uns sehr nett. Die Lage ist fussläufig zum Dorf. Es handelt sich um 2 Zimmer, die mit einer Terrasse verbunden sind. Einfache Ausstattung, Terrasse schön, leider konnten wir sie kaum nutzen, da es schlicht zu heiss war und kein Lüftchen wehte, das ist allerdings sicher nicht die Regel. Beide Zimmer klimatisiert, sehr angenehm, das eine Zimmer etwas dunkel, aber man ist ja eigentlich die ganze Zeit eh draussen. Komos Beach 5 Min. mit dem Auto, sehr schöner Strand und tolles klares Wasser. Bunga Beach Bar super. Viel zu besichtigen in der Nähe: Festos, Zaros etc.

Wir haben uns bei Franziska sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für einen Familienurlaub optimal. Kurze Wege in den Ort (Supermärkte, Restaurants etc.), eine ruhige Lage und zum Strand lediglich 5 min Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto. Es gibt in dieser Ecke von Kreta viel zu entdecken und auch die Anbindungen an größere Städte wie Rhetymnon oder Heraklion sind gut. Die Unterkunft selbst war für unsere Zwecke voll ausreichend. Wir hatten trotz corona einen wunderschönen Urlaub und möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Franziska für die stets offene und hilfsbereite Art bedanken! Unsere Kinder hatten dich und deine Katzen richtig gern gehabt. ;-) Vielleicht sehen wir uns irgendwann einmal wieder! Liebe Grüße, Familie Achilles

Traumschöne Tage in Pitsidia

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Pitsidia und haben die wilde Schönheit des Südens sehr genossen. In unserem gemütlichen Zuhause fehlte es an nichts und der schöne Garten hat uns jeden Tag erfreut. Franziska hat uns das heimisch fühlen so leicht gemacht, als ob wir uns schon lange kennen würden. Vielen Dank dafür liebe Franziska!

Freundlich und unkompliziert

Eine sehr gut gelegene Wohnung, nah am Ortskern von Pitsidia, sehr schön, um alle abendlichen Aktivitäten wahrzunehmen, sehr freundliche und zurückhaltende Vermieterin, unkompliziert und hilfreich. Viel Platz in der Wohnung, gemütliche Terrassen, innen etwas dunkel, ansonsten alles da, was wir bräuchten. Gerne wieder.
