It’s ideally situated just outside Munich—specifically in the southern part of the city—making it the perfect starting point for exploring all the attractions on the edge of the Bavarian Alps

- 5-minute walk to the Lake Starnberg waterfront promenade

- 6-minute walk to the train station: S-Bahn/Regio trains go directly to city centre Munich or to Tutzing/Garmisch-Partenkirchen (in the Alpine foothills)

- 3 minutes by hire car or private car to the highway, with attractions in all directions easily accessible in a short time (Neuschwanstein, Oberammergau, Lake Chiemsee, Kufstein about 1–1.5 hours away)

Dogs welcome! There are beautiful walking trails in the immediate vicinity, such as the 7-Quellenweg and the Maisinger Schlucht.

Parking spaces are easy to find right at the house or on the street.
