Top Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Pros: Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einfach und unkompliziert, die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr große, neue, helle Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus am Rande der Stadt, die aber fußläufig problemlos zu erreichen ist. Die Hausmitbewohner waren super freundlich und haben uns z.B. einige Tips zum Parken, etc. gegeben. Cons: Das gesamte Inventar ist für eine Ferienwohnung absolut ok, aber das voran geschickt, hat IKEA keine schlechtere Qualität. Die Sauberkeit war "ok-ish". Natürlich war alles völlig ordentlich, das Bad sauber und die ganze Wohnung gewischt & gesaugt. Aber der Teufel steckt bei der Sauberkeit bekanntlich im Detail. Da gibt es sicherlich noch "Luft nach oben". Das Backblech glänzte nicht wie neu und die Kaffeemaschine war auch nicht wirklich "Top of the Pops" sauber. Unsere eigenen Fenster Zuhause sehen sicherlich noch sauberer aus 🙂

Das Haus ist gut gepflegt

Pros: Die Räume sind groß und hell, Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Küchenbereich gut ausgestattet und funktionell einwandfrei. Großzügige Vorhaltung von Handtüchern und Hygieneartikeln, sowie Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Cons: Die Einrichtung im Wohnzimmer ist zwar zweckmäßig, aber nicht sehr bequem. Der Esstisch hat leider keinen festen Stand, da kann schon mal ein Glas überschwappen, wenn man anstößt. In einem der beiden Schlafzimmer befindet sich kein Schrank, leider nur viele offene Regalbauten, da wäre etwas zum Aufhängen wünschenswert. Die Schlüsselbox ist leider etwas schwierig zu öffnen.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung was sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles vor Ort was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und sogar noch mehr( Waschmaschine, Kapselmaschine, Gesellschatsspiele, Grill )! Sauber, ordentlich und optimal ausgestattet. In der FeWo konnten Getränke gegen Gebühr genommen werden was ich als tollen Service empfunden habe. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen sind die super Betten. Noch nie so bequem geschlafen, schon garnicht in einer Ferienunterkunft. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden und super Aufenthalt! Cons: -

Moderne Wohnung,trotzdem sehr gemütlich.ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.

Pros: Der Balkon und der große Fernseher.Getränke vorhanden, Ablauf unkompliziert. Cons: Bei 6 pers reicht das Geschirr und töpfe nicht.Eine Filterkaffeemaschine wûrde den Kapselverbrauch sehr verringern.Für mich hat es allemal gereicht.
