Oceanside Vacation Rentals invites you to be our guest and stay with us at our Seaview Manor Property. This 5000 sq. foot home is located at the end of 12th Ave on the Prom, just steps from the beach, was furnished to accommodate your family with plenty of choices to select your sleeping arrangements and many staples available for your use.
Seaview Manor is located on the north end of the prom, a short 12-block walk to downtown and easy access to Seaside activities. A wrap-around deck with gas barbecue provides stunning views of the ocean and sunsets. The fenced back yard is beautifully landscaped and perfect for an additional outdoor area.

The street level has a roomy garage, a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, game room with cubby under the stairs for puppets or performance, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, game table, toys for the kids and plenty of seating.

The main floor has a sweeping view of the ocean from the open concept living area. The spacious kitchen is perfect for families to prepare dinner together. New granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances add that extra touch of class. Laundry Room and 3 (out of 5+ bedrooms) are located on the main floor. One of the bedrooms is great for kids with twin beds and an abundance of toys, books, and games sharing a bathroom with the next bedroom and its queen bed. The large master bedroom has a king bed, small flat-screen TV, trundle bed, bathroom with spa tub and shower, and large walk-in closet.

The third floor also has a sweeping view of the ocean. A large room with sleeping areas delineated by furniture arrangement-couch, flat-screen TV, and reading nook. There are 2 queen beds and a trundle, full bathroom with a large shower and spa tub, and walk-in closet.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation! There was plenty of open space for us to all gather together and share meals and talk. Plenty of bedrooms so everyone could have their private space as well. It was a short walk to the beach and a nice walk into town. Great location! We had a wonderful time!

Great place

This place was great. At the end of the promenade so not as much of the hustle and bustle but still just a short walk to the beach. There was more space than we expected and appreciate the accuracy of the listing as many times it's not quote what you expect. Fully stocked kitchen with enough supplies for groups is great. Would definitely recommend and even stay here again!

Great stay Seaview Manor

This was the perfect house for our families stay in Seaside OR. We had 12 people, having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was very convenient. The huge deck was also very nice as you could sit in sun or shade anytime of day. The home was clean and up to date, everything you would need to make the stay great. The location was perfect on the North end of the Prom and close to all attractions and conveniences. We had an issue with the coffee maker and they were right on it with a replacement. We'll definitely be back.

Beach Paradise

We loved this house!! It was so roomy with easy flow patterns throughout. The amenities in every room were beyond great! The kitchen was large with lots of counterspace, cabinets and drawers that were well stocked. Every bedroom had plenty of bedding with closets full of games. The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked. Thank you so much! We'll be back for sure!

Family getaway

What a great place to stay for the 10 of us in Seaside, OR!! Clean house, comfortable beds in every room, and easy access to the beach. Only a 20 minute stroll on the boardwalk to downtown, this is the perfect place to stay with a group. The deck out front allows you to see the beach and people watch and the back deck is big enough for a great bbq dinner. We only wished for a small second fridge to store food with a large group. Otherwise this is a great place to stay. We all agreed that we would be happy to come back and stay again. Thank you to the great staff that keeps this place in shape for travelers like us!!

Plenty of space

This property is incredible. More than enough space for the 10 of us to spread out and relax. Each floor is maximized for usability Inside and out. We enjoyed the ocean view on the huge wrap around deck drinking coffee in the morning and barbecuing in the evenings. The garage comfortably parks 2 cars to maximize driveway and street parking. All around beautiful property with room to breathe for a large group.

Great House with Lots of Room

Love this house that had space for everyone in our family group. It was comfortable and a good location. The large garage was great as we were able to park a sedan and pickup inside with space to spare. Kitchen is roomy and great for cooking a large meal as we had our Thanksgiving dinner during our stay. Dishwasher and fridge appear to be new. Loved the video games and rec room downstairs. Four full bathrooms total on three levels nicely accommodated everyone. Beds were comfortable. Two gas fireplaces in the home made it warm and cozy. The only issues we had were with the master bath shower door and the washing machine. Something is wrong with the seal at the bottom of the shower door causing it to be difficult to close. It has to be slammed very hard and leaks if not completely closed. The washing machine indicated it needed to be cleaned. The first time using it we discovered it was very dirty at the outside and inside door seal gasket. We used disinfectant wipes to clean but some of the mould had been there a long time and didn’t come off. Its a very nice machine but needs a thorough cleaning. The door should be left open for air flow. The rec room stand lamp and play nook lights did not work. Overall it’s a wonderful house and we would definitely stay again. We visited Seaside a lot as children and being there brings back fond memories of our parents.

Amazing Property

We loved this house! The location, view & proximity to the beach were awesome. The house impressed us before we ever got inside with that amazing deck. Inside it was roomy, comfortable, cozy and provided us with anything we could have needed for our stay. The decks and yard were lovely and we spent most of our time enjoying the front deck and view. None of us were ready to leave but work was calling in WA & MN. I've already started looking for an available week for 2023 so we can enjoy this awesome home again. Dena Skodinski

I have stayed here at least 6 times in the last 15 years. This is my friends and I favorite house in Seaside. Every and anything you might need is supplied. The best kitchen in all Seaside or the area. Beautiful view and easy access to the beach and fantastic sunsets!!!
