About The House:

Maximum Occupancy: 12-Including Adults, children, and infants

Sleeping Accommodations:
• Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed; 1 Queen Airbed and 1 Portable Crib
• Blue Room: 1 Queen Bed
• Kids’ Room: 2 Twin Beds and 1 Bunk Bed
• Red Room: 1 Queen Bed
• Game Room: 1 Twin Bed

Bathrooms:
• The house features three full bathrooms with fresh towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.

Parking notes:
• 4 free off-street parking spaces are provided. Per city ordinance, all Vacation Rental Guests must park their vehicles onsite and not use any on-street parking.

Other Things To Note:

• Cancellation Policy: Vacation Occupants who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. Homeowner cannot guarantee any refund of fees charged by Online Travel Agents. Vacation Occupants are encouraged to purchase trip insurance to protect themselves from unexpected cancellations for guest’s reasons.

• Security Cameras: This home has two exterior security cameras recording 24/7 to monitor the entrances and parking areas. They are recording 24 hours a day.

• A Loafer’s Paradise is not pet friendly.

This place was the perfect retreat and location for just hanging out or walking down to the beach. The large dining room table made it easy for eating as well as playing games. I would recommend this place if you have a large group or family gathering

Loafer's Paradise was great.

Nice house, large kitchen and living/ dining room perfect for several families with small kids. Great location: steps from the beach and walking distance to town and the Promenade. We will definitely stay again!

This property surpassed our expectations, pictures don't do it justice. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfy beds. Easy check in/out process. Owners responsive (not that we needed them). Lots of games to play. Close to the beach and manageable walk to town with a 3 year old. Great pool table downstairs so we could play after kids in bed and not disturb.We would love to come back to this property!

The house is in a great location. It was very clean, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked well. We enjoyed our stay. Ocean view from the house with a beach trail right across the street. The one thing that could use improvement was the WiFi service, it came and went as it pleased. I would definitely recommend Loafer’s Paradise to others looking for a quiet getaway, but close to many fun activities.

My family and I were delighted with our 6 night stay at the Loafer's Paradise vrbo. It had everything we needed and more!It was very comfortable and roomy for the 7 of us. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full dinners every night. And the beds were comfortable. I was so happy the place was clean and cozy! We will return!

Family fun times!

Everything was great! We had so much fun and the house was perfect for our family. Spacious and everything we needed including movies (The Goonies) puzzles beach toys and games. We would definitely stay again.

Great Beach Stay

Family time

A Loafer's Paradise was a perfect place for our family to get together and spend quality time. Everyone had their own space and were comfortable. The rec room in the basement was fun on a rainy day. Our grand daughter said she loved the big table, we could all be together for meals and games.

Easy directions to the house. Easy electronic entry. Very quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beautiful beach.The first thing I noticed when we got there was how clean the house was. What a luxury! We've stayed at places that needed better cleaning before moving our stuff in. But Loafers Paradise is clean and comfortable when you arrive ahhh! We BBQd and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Plenty of clean towels too. We'll be back!

Wonderful Stay

We had an excellent stay from the youngest to the oldest. This was a gathering of our immediate family and there was plenty of space for all of us. The beach was a little walk but it was worth the hike. The owner, Jeff, was quick with answers for my questions we, and responsive to our needs. The kitchen was more than adequately supplied. It was not a long walk to the activity in Seaside, but far enough north that we enjoyed the peace and quiet. We would gladly stay here again. This was the first time I've seen an eagle on the beach.
