Bedrooms: Three bedrooms accommodating a total of 6 people. Each room features electric exterior blinds and a closet. Bathroom: Shower with a low threshold of approx. 5 cm, toilet, heated towel rack, makeup mirror, children’s step stool, large window, hair dryer, hand towels, and bath towels, all included in the price. Rooftop Terrace: This exclusive 107 m² rooftop terrace offers you a unique experience for your exclusive use. Here you can enjoy your day in complete peace and relaxation. The terrace boasts a breathtaking view of the Kupfersturm and the church, which offer a wonderful sight both during the day and at night. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can be there to greet you. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are not allowed, including small animals. A security deposit of 300 EUR is due via bank transfer after booking. The visitor’s tax of 2.50 EUR per person per night (ages 18 and up) is charged separately. For guests with severe disabilities, the visitor’s tax is 1.25 EUR; the accompanying person is exempt from the visitor’s tax. A deposit of 150 EUR is due 7 days after booking. Please pay the remaining balance via bank transfer 7 days before arrival.
