The 57-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The apartment is furnished to a high standard in a country house style and consists of a living and dining room with a cosy couch area featuring an LCD TV, stereo system, and DVD player. The dining area features a centrally heated tiled stove with a cosy wood-burning stove bench, a table, and two chairs. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, hypoallergenic mattresses, nightstands, a 5-door wardrobe, and a built-in safe in the closet. The bathroom is a shower room with a sink and toilet. A hair dryer, towels, and a basic supply of toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and soap are provided. The kitchen, which is also a separate room, has a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, egg cooker, blender, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked. Also included is a basic supply of kitchen towels/dishcloths, dish soap, coffee filters, trash bags, paper towels, and dishwasher tabs. The southeast-facing balcony offers an unobstructed, sweeping view of the beautiful Eifel landscape. The garden chairs with cushions, a table with a tablecloth, and a patio umbrella are also included. The house also features a large garden with a badminton/football field, a bocce court, and an adjacent barbecue area. Upon request, a washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. You may use the equipment in the fitness area with its sunroom at any time; this is included in the price. You may also use the sauna and infrared cabin in the wellness area, but you must book these in advance for a fee no later than 1 day prior to your stay. In return, you will have exclusive use of the area. On-site parking spaces are located directly in front of the entrance door. You can safely store your bicycles and e-bikes in the lockable garage. A charging outlet is available.
Dogs are welcome in this apartment (8 € per dog).



Our house, named “Marianne,” consists of 4 apartments with a fitness and wellness area and a large garden. You’ll find the building in the small, charming village of Langscheid in the volcanic Eastern Eifel, near the Nürburgring, at an elevation of 550 m.
Langscheid is a state-recognized tourist destination and is situated in the heart of the unique juniper heath. We offer you magnificent views, one-of-a-kind nature right on your “doorstep,” with scenic trails that lead directly past the house.

On-site costs: Included in the rental price are bed linens, towels, hair dryer, kitchen towels, dish soap, coffee filters, sponges, and trash bags; a locked garage for bicycles with the option to charge e-bikes; a selection of indoor and outdoor games; and use of the fitness area. We offer additional services for an extra charge. Use of the wellness area for your exclusive use: • Sauna and infrared cabin for 3 hours, including a steam session, a soft drink, and towels—€20.00 per person. Locked garage for €10.00 for your car. You may bring 2 dogs per apartment. The price is €8.00 per day.



Check-in is from 2:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
