This charming holiday rental is located in Niendorf, just 50 metres from the beach, and offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. With a spacious 45 m² and the ability to accommodate 4 people, this apartment—located on the ground floor of the building—is ideal for families or couples.

The sunny living room features a cosy sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. You’ll also find a smart TV here, so you can comfortably watch your favourite shows.
The open kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the living room, is equipped with modern appliances, including a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, so you can show off your culinary skills or quickly whip up a light meal. Enjoy your home-cooked meal at the dining table.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and is equipped with blackout curtains as well as pleated blinds.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, makeup mirror, and hair dryer.

The southeast-facing balcony, with its cosy balcony furniture, invites you to wind down at the end of the day with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air.

To ensure a perfect holiday, a washing machine and dryer are available in the communal basement for shared use at a fee.

Modern apartment building: Welcome to the popular Maison Baltique.
The building is located just 50 metres from the beach and offers apartments ranging from 32 to 50 m² that accommodate 3 to 4 people.

You’ll stay in modern holiday rentals with a terrace or balcony where you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family.

Right across the way, you can enjoy swimming a few laps in the seawater pool even on cooler days.

Inside the building, you can wash your holiday clothes in the coin-operated washing machine; there’s also a coin-operated dryer there.

Some apartments also include a duplex underground parking space (not suitable for estate cars or vans) or an outdoor parking space.

The nearest shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity, and Niendorf Harbour is 1,300 metres away.
Here you can watch the fishermen at work and buy your fish directly from the Baltic Sea.

From Niendorf, the 4-kilometer-long hiking trail along the Brodten cliffs is well worth the walk. Here you’ll find a landscape that’s still almost untouched, even within the otherwise densely populated Lübeck Bay.
