Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber die Tiefgarage ist wirklich sehr eng, besonders der Parkplatz für App 28 liegt sehr ungünstig. Man merkt hier, dass die Autos vor 50 Jahren deutlich kleiner waren. Wenn die umliegenden Parkplätze alle besetzt gewesen wären, wären wir nicht rausgekommen (mit unserem Ford Kuga).

Alles notwendige vorhandenDie Balkone sind unsauber und nicht gepflegt, die Bodenplatten z.T. lose.Das gesamte Haus macht auch von außen einen etwas ungepflegten Eindruck. Der Stellplatz ist praktisch nicht nutzbar für normale PKWFür diese gesamten Einschränkungen um die Wohnung herum ist die Wohnung zu teuer
