The bright rooms exude a warm, cosy elegance. High-quality furniture, comfortable beds with premium mattresses, a new sleeper sofa, and fine hotel-quality linens ensure the utmost sleeping comfort. A variety of pillows allow you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep tailored to your individual needs.
The spacious living and dining area with an integrated kitchen forms the heart of the apartment and combines an open feel with cosy comfort. The bedroom also offers a quiet space—ideal for focused work in your home office.

Surrounded by nature and other farmhouses, yet right in the town of Bernau and on Lake Chiemsee, the holiday rental is ideally located for exploring the mountains and enjoying the lake. Hiking trails and bike paths start right from the house. The recreational opportunities are virtually endless: boat tours on Lake Chiemsee and various water sports, the water park in Prien, the family pool in Bernau, the moor swimming pool in Aschaus, a climbing park, a mountain bike park, a salt mine, waterfalls, salt works trails, tennis courts, and golf courses.... and, of course, the cultural cities of Munich and Salzburg. Experience Bavarian tradition in the communities around Lake Chiemsee and in Rosenheim, Traunstein, etc., with their diverse cultural programmes and sightseeing opportunities. In winter, the ski resorts are within easy reach, cross-country ski trails are available, and nature has its own special charm during walks.

We love the mountains and Lake Chiemsee, which is why we moved from Hamburg to the beautiful Chiemgau region.
