This newly built, 2-room, non-smoking holiday apartment is located in a quiet area of Cuxhaven-Duhnen.
The apartment is on the second floor of the front building of the Vossgarten and features an open-concept living area with an integrated kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a modern shower room.
A small entryway leads to the modern bathroom with a low-profile shower pan and a window, the separate bedroom, and the open-concept living area with an integrated kitchenette and a small dining area. The open-concept layout, featuring floor heating, a ventilation system, exterior blinds, and pleated shades in every room, leaves nothing to be desired.
The kitchenette integrated into the living area is equipped with an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The open-concept living area also features a small dining area, a couch, a TV, and Wi-Fi. From the living area, you can also step out onto the small balcony with a table and chairs, which invites you to relax.

The separate bedroom features a double bed, a chest of drawers with a clothes rod, and a standing fan.
A parking space in the building’s courtyard is also available for this apartment.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.

The balcony faces south.

Check-in is daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. — return keys to the rental office or via the communal postbox.
