Urlaub im September 2025 mit 4 Personen

Negativ: Das Bad der unteren Wohnung warnicht gereinigt. TV ging nicht. Scart Kabel fehlte. Nur Italienische Sender. WLAN hatte nur 50 kbit/s. Nach Reklamation in 3 Tagen auf 50 Mbit/s verbessert. Möbel veraltet und teilweise defekt. Spülmaschine und Gasherd waren teilweise defekt. Gesamteindruck war unsauber. Anfahrt sehr steil und schwierig. 8 Minuten mit PKW in die Stadt. Positiv war die traumhafte Aussicht und die komplette Einzäunung (Hunde). Sehr ruhige Lage. Fazit: Nicht nochmal.

Maison de vacances Marzia germignaga Ita

Maison très vieille avec des meubles marrons en bois d'une autre époque. L'accès à la maison est très très difficile car elle est située en hauteur aves des pentes à 45% heureusement que j'avais un 4x4 et des années d'expériences en conduite . Il y a des lézards , des araignées,des moustiques, des fourmies autour et dans la maison. la literie est catastrophique, trop fragile et les armoires en bois sont dans un état catastrophique ( j'ai pris des photos et vidéos ) a part ça la maison est grande

We appreciate your review and the opportunity to address your points. The bedding has now been replaced for improved comfort. The home is described as being in an elevated position, and the map provided allows guests to assess the steep surroundings in satellite view ahead of time. Given the lush environment and warm climate, insects such as ants and mosquitoes can sometimes enter, especially when windows or doors are open. Properly storing food and wiping surfaces helps keep them minimal. Thank you for understanding and for your attention to these aspects.
