Casa Lea is located in the heart of the charming historic village of San Pietro, in the municipality of Castelveccana, in a quiet and private setting just a few minutes from Lake Maggiore.
The property has been renovated while preserving the charm of the traditional village houses and combining it with comfortable, welcoming interiors and high-quality finishes.
Just a few minutes away, also within walking distance, is Caldè, known as the “Portofino of Lake Maggiore”, with its picturesque lakeside promenade, beach and pleasant areas where you can relax by the water.
The location allows guests to enjoy the peace of a small Lombard village while remaining close to the lake and many of the area’s main tourist destinations.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Casa Lea is an apartment of approximately 90 sqm, located on the first floor of a small building consisting of only two residential units, set within a characteristic village courtyard.
The apartment has been renovated with high-quality finishes while retaining several elements that recall the style and atmosphere of traditional local homes.
It can accommodate up to seven guests and is particularly suitable for families and groups.
The accommodation includes:
a double bedroom for two guests;
a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, suitable for up to three guests;
a living room with a sofa bed suitable for two children;
a fully equipped kitchen, also suitable for longer stays;
two bathrooms with showers;
two balconies overlooking the charming historic village.
The interiors combine traditional features with contemporary solutions, creating a welcoming atmosphere while preserving the character of the house and the village.
The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but a large free public car park is available approximately 20 metres away.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
Casa Lea is located in the village of San Pietro, in the municipality of Castelveccana.
Caldè and Lake Maggiore can also be reached on foot, allowing guests to enjoy the lakeside promenade and beaches without necessarily using a car.
Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are available nearby.
The area is an excellent starting point for visiting different destinations around Lake Maggiore and for organising excursions in Italy and nearby Switzerland.
Caldè railway station also makes it possible to reach Milan by train.

BEACHES AND LAKE MAGGIORE
The Lombardy shore of Lake Maggiore offers numerous beaches, green areas and pleasant lakeside promenades where you can spend relaxing days, swim or simply walk along the water.
Starting from the northern area, in Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca you will find Lido di Maccagno and Parco Giona, one of the best-known bathing areas of the Upper Lake Maggiore, with large spaces close to the water and extensive green areas. In the same municipality there are also Lido di Zenna and Ronco delle Monache beach, ideal for those who prefer quieter and more natural surroundings. The Maccagno lakeside promenade is also perfect for walking and spending a few pleasant hours outdoors.
A little further south, in Tronzano Lago Maggiore, you will find Lido Windsurf, an equipped beach particularly popular with water sports enthusiasts.
In Luino, Le Serenelle beach is located at the end of the lakeside promenade. The long pedestrian route along the lake also offers a pleasant walk close to the town centre, bars and restaurants, with beautiful views over Lake Maggiore.
In Germignaga there are several areas dedicated to relaxation by the water. Parco Le Fontanelle overlooks the lake directly and includes an equipped beach. Nearby you will also find Parco Il Boschetto, with green areas, walking paths and spaces dedicated to children.

Kurztripp alleine

Der Kontakt und immer einen Ansprechpartner zu haben. Lage mit Parkplatz fand ich super. Nette Nachbarn... Was will man mehr Ausstattung der Küche, könnte noch was mehr sein. Zumindest hat die Unterkunft jetzt einen Schneebesen Ein paar Handtücher mehr wären super gewesen, ansonsten alles da was man braucht. TV Anschluss war gar nicht gut, aber mit PC und WLAN hat alles funktioniert und für mich ausreichend.

Casa Lea

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Geschoss eines alten Hauses, ist sehr modern und hochwertig renoviert. Sehr ruhig, obwohl mitten im Dorf gelegen. Viel Platz für vier Personen, zwei Bäder sind sehr komfortabel. Der See ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir würden die Wohnung nochmal buchen. Die Ausstattung der Küchenwerkzeuge könnte verbessert werden.
