Additional Queen inflate-a-bed on premises for sleeping up to 2 additional people. Private, screened-in back porch, and covered front porch. Minutes from downtown Fort Myers, Civic Center, Manatee Park, WP Franklin Recreation Area (with Sandy beach on the River & Playground) & Shopping, Enjoy the view across the street of the canal that flows into the beautiful Caloosahatchee River. Hope on the provided bikes and breeze through the quiet neighborhoods to enjoy the pretty sunsets. Miss all the traffic - and enjoy all the sun and fun in our sweet, comfy home. Nicely decorated home in a quiet neighborhood on the Caloosahatchee River. Very private lanai and backyard. We appreciated being able to use the bicycles in the garage, and enjoyed dinners at the nearby Boat House Tiki Bar.

Great place

The property had some damage previous to our stay with last guest. Host notified us immediately and gave us option to cancel. We were ok with the damage, it did not impact our stay at all. Greatly appreciate the communication from Host. Place is just as listed. We will be back.

Everything I needed was at the property. The garage bathroom was securely locked, but I wish the second door to it in the garage could have been locked. The host left a couple of gifts for me on kitchen counter which was very nice, and she messaged me a few days in.

Spring training stay

The location for travel was great. Owner is very attentive to your needs. Cooked a couple of times while we were here. One kitchen improvement would be sharp knifes and sharpener and a better peeler. Otherwise it had what we needed to prepare food.

Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and included all the amenities that we needed. Well taken care of and in clean and quiet neighborhood. Close to Manatee park (which we loved) as well as several restaurants including Rib City (great food for great prices). Close to Sanibel and Captiva islands (great for shelling). Would stay there again.

I have owned this darling home for over 15 years. It is updated and very comfortable for you to get that much needed R&R and some warm sunshine. We hope to retire here and enjoy the winter months sooooo, enjoy it now before I get a chance!

Why they chose this property

One of the best qualities of my home is the privacy and quiet surroundings. Because we are not in downtown Fort Myers we have very manageable traffic (even during the height of season). There is so much to do and enjoy within a short drive. Within 1-3 miles you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, tour old Florida preserves and enjoy the local library.

What makes this property unique

Davis Boat Ramp (a free, county ramp that is open to the public) is at the end of our street. Park your boat trailer on the extra parking pad on the side of our garage. Bring your kayaks and put in at the ramp and enjoy our gorgeous river up close.
