The house spans two levels: On the ground floor, you’ll find an open kitchen with a dining area that has everything you could want—here you can cook, chat, and enjoy meals together. The cosy bedroom with a double bed and the modern shower room are also located on the ground floor. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing evenings. A staircase leads to the upper level, where you’ll find an open living area and a separate, spatially divided sleeping area.

A highlight is the large terrace with a breathtaking view of the Schlei. Here you can experience fantastic sunrises and sunsets and watch the ducks, geese, and herons as they pass by—with a little luck, you might even spot a white-tailed eagle. The adjacent garden offers an oasis of tranquility and invites you to linger with its lounge chairs and high-quality gas grill.
