This cozy, wood-paneled house, with 60 m² of living space, offers you a relaxing retreat in an idyllic setting. With its covered porch, which offers a direct view of the marina, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, and the spacious property extends all the way to the water and features its own boat dock. Two parking spaces are available, and a privacy hedge ensures privacy from the neighboring property.

For water sports enthusiasts, a rowboat and two canoes are available, allowing you to explore the surrounding area from the water. The covered porch is furnished with comfortable patio furniture and is the ideal spot to enjoy the view of the marina. Please note that the property is not fenced.

Small pets are welcome upon prior request, so your furry friends can also enjoy their stay with you. This charming wooden house offers you the perfect place for relaxing days right by the water.

Note: Starting April 1, 2026, the municipality of Südbrookmerland will charge a 3% lodging tax on the total price. This amount is to be paid directly to the rental owner.

The accommodation features a cozy living room with a pinewood wardrobe that includes a safe, a comfortable three-seater sofa, an armchair, and a coffee table. For entertainment, there is a satellite TV, a radio, a DVD player, and a small electric fireplace. Additional heaters provide extra warmth. A dining set with an extendable table and four chairs is perfect for sharing meals together.

There are two bedrooms: one is furnished with two single beds, nightstands, and a radio; the other features a bunk bed with matching nightstands.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a built-in kitchen with an electric stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware.

The bathroom features a convenient storage cabinet, a sink, a separate toilet, and a shower.

The covered porch, furnished with a table, garden chairs, a 3-seater wooden bench, and four recliners, invites you to relax and unwind.
