Enjoy staying in Sea Pines Resort Hilton Head homes, like 4 Audubon Pond. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is located on the South Beach area and is just an easy 7-10 minute walk to the beach or a short drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Upon entering the home, from the main entrance, is the large living and dining rooms. The living room has a 50" SMART TV, queen sleeper sofa and provides access to the screened-in porch and the sundeck overlooking the pool. Walking through the adjoining dining room, you will enter the spacious kitchen. This eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has seating for 6 people along with direct access to the screened-in porch.

To the right of the living area is the Master bedroom with a king bed, which has a private screened porch, 32" SMART TV and direct access to the upper deck overlooking the pool. It has a private bathroom with a skylight, double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, 36" TV and its own private bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located off of the living/dining room and has two twin beds with 25" SMART TV. There is a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower that can be used by guests staying in this bedroom or those using the sleeper sofa. Located down the hall from the kitchen, the fourth bedroom has a queen bed, 42" TV with a private bathroom with a shower. This bedroom is very private and is also located by the home`s side entrance.

Guests will be able to relax on the cozy furnishings located in the screened-in porch or sunbathe on the upper deck, all while enjoying the gorgeous marsh views. This home has everything you need to relax on a family vacation with the convenience to South Beach Marina and other Hilton Head Island resorts activities, such as biking, tennis, golf and water sports.
