Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen leider nicht entsprochen. Bei unserer Ankunft war sie in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand. Die Dusche war stark verschmutzt, in der Kaffeemaschine befand sich noch alter Kaffee von den vorherigen Gästen. Einige Dinge waren beschädigt, wie beispielsweise eine kaputte Fensterscheibe. Auch die Außenanlage war vernachlässigt und somit für unsere kleinen Enkelkinder nicht zum Spielen geeignet. Die Schaukel wirkte instabil und beschädigt. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang des Vermieters mit unserer Kritik. Anstatt Verständnis zu zeigen oder eine Lösung anzubieten, reagierte er sehr unfreundlich. Wir hatten dadurch das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein. Insgesamt hinterließ die Unterkunft einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. Aus unserer Sicht sollte sie in diesem Zustand nicht als familienfreundliche Unterkunft angeboten werden. Wir fanden das sehr schade, weil wir uns schon sehr auf unseren Familienurlaub gefreut hatten.

Grundsätzlich ist es ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht. Einige Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände wirkten allerdings etwas abgenutzt oder defekt. Der Grill war leider nicht nutzbar, und insgesamt hätte es im Haus etwas sauberer sein können. Mit ein wenig mehr Pflege könnte das Haus sein großes Potenzial noch besser entfalten.
