The 95 m², 4.5-room house is arranged over two floors and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Three separate bedrooms provide comfortable private spaces for a relaxing stay. All living and sleeping areas feature practical tiled flooring.

The cosy living room invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa and open fireplace. Cable TV with international channels and Wi-Fi provide entertainment and connectivity throughout your holiday. Central heating ensures a comfortable atmosphere even on cooler days.

The separate, enclosed kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. A ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment are provided, together with a coffee machine, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

The bathroom features a bathtub, and there is also a separate guest toilet. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are provided for your stay. A shared washing machine and a vacuum cleaner add further convenience.

One of the highlights of Casa Martina is its private outdoor area. A private outdoor pool of approximately 15 m² offers a refreshing place to cool off on warm days. The covered terrace, garden and lawn with outdoor furniture provide several inviting spaces for relaxing in the fresh air.
