Wir sind mit 5 Personen angereist
Wir sind mit 5 Personen angereist. Da leider nur 8 Parkplätze für das gesamte Haus zur Verfügung steht, muss man vorher telefonisch einen Parkplatz reservieren. Dies hatten wir auch getan. Leider stand uns trotzdem kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Bei Anreise wurde uns gesagt, wir hätten keinen gebucht. Leider besteht die Möglichkeit nicht, eine schriftliche Bestätigung der Parkplatz Buchung zu erhalten. Dies wurde uns auch bei der Buchung mitgeteilt. Wir fühlten uns dadurch hintergangen und dies war ungerecht. Da wir mit zwei Autos angereist sind, mussten wir versuchen nun zwei Parkplätze außerhalb des Hauses zu besorgen. Die Suche auf einen Parkplatz in Sellin ist sehr kompliziert. Da es kaum kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt. Nach einer Stunde suchen und telefonieren mit einer anderen Villa, hatten wir dann einen Parkplatz für 10 Euro pro Tag und Auto bekommen.
Die Villa Celia sollte sich wirklich mal Gedanken machen, den Urlaubern, welche einen Parkplatz reserviert haben, dies schriftlich zu bestätigen. Somit passiert es auch nicht, daß man gleich am ersten Tag bedient ist. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und auch verärgert. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub gehabt.
