Beautiful wide pine floors, kitchen island w/ breakfast bar area, spacious living room w/ open floor plan & fireplace~ 2nd bedroom w/ trundle bed & sliders leads onto the oversized deck, outdoor shower, irrigation system, central air, brick walkways, fenced yard, outdoor grill. kitchen has refrigerator, full oven/stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils and other pantry items.
