Experience a truly unique overnight stay in the Salt Tower. Thirty-two metric tonnes of natural salt have been incorporated into the backlit floors and walls here. The guest room is located on the 3rd floor of the Salt Tower and offers a unique, romantic atmosphere.

The Salzmaufaktur offers its guests workshops on the topic of salt, a farm shop, a dining area, and—as a highlight—a three-story salt tower. The tower, which appears rather unassuming from the outside, reveals itself on the inside to be an oasis of relaxation and therapy well worth experiencing, especially for people with respiratory and skin conditions. The walls consist of backlit salt blocks, and in the centre stands a 7-meter-high graduation tower, where a special brine made from Baltic Sea water trickles over blackthorn branches, humidifying the room with brine particles. In addition, for nebulization therapy, the finest aerosol particles of an iodine-bromine brine can be electrostatically charged and evenly distributed throughout the room.

The guest room is equipped with a double bed, seating, and a small refrigerator. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located on the ground floor and is sometimes also used by our “Landvergnügen” RV guests. The kitchen located in the guest lounge may be used. Outside of business hours, the tower and guest lounge remain freely accessible to overnight guests. Breakfast can be booked on site upon request. Additionally, parking, storage space for bicycles you bring with you, and Wi-Fi are available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linens, towels, and water and electricity usage. An extra bed for a third person is available.

Trinwillershagen is a small town in a rural setting south of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula and between the Hanseatic cities of Stralsund and Rostock. It is thus located away from the major tourist hubs along the Baltic Sea. Nevertheless, the Baltic Sea beach and many other attractions are within easy driving distance. The small town of Ribnitz-Damgarten, with its water park and thermal baths, is about 12 km away; the Baltic Sea resorts of Graal-Müritz and Zingst are each about 30 km away; and the Hanseatic city of Rostock is about 40 km away. The popular Marlow Bird Park is about 16 km away.
