This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The check-in/check-out process was very easy, it was clean, nice amenities (even beach items) and was conveniently located near the beach, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great property & host

We have stayed here many times and referred it to friends. Two bedroom is a perfect size for 4 people (2 per bed). The location is convenient to the beach & the Village - we park and never use our car. The host is very responsive!

Great Location

We had a great stay. Place was clean and had a well supplied kitchen. We had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. So easy to walk to the beach and watch the beautiful sun sets, coffee and plenty of places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Communication is with Owen we/property manager was easy and they were very responsive. Laundry is a shared amenity but it was also clean and easy.

Great location across from the beach and walking distance to Carlsbad Village with restaurants and shops. The unit itself was nice other than dirty floors. But the AC in the living room wasn't working and the host was difficult to get ahold of to ask questions or to get assistance. I just rented through Vacasa and they has a local operations manager in touch with me via text the whole week which was nice.

We were in town for a week, and had to extend due to a winter storm. The property manager was really kind and helped us extend our stay over a holiday weekend. The apartment was perfectly clean, really convenient to the beach and village, and very enjoyable.

Short stay in Carlsbad

Owners were responsive and accommodating; the pictures online were exactly what we experienced. Location was perfect - we did not have a car but there were so many places close by that walking was not a problem (even walked to Vons). Took the Coaster several times which was easy and inexpensive. Will definitely stay here again.

The property is perfectly located. Next to a great restaurant. Very close to beach and town. The property was well stocked. We cooked dinner at the property grilling lamb chops. Great amenities. On our schedule for next year.

This location was awesome! A few steps to the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Didn"t have to drive for a week! Our unit was spotless and the beds were comfy! Perfect if you have kids. For one week we lived the California Life! We also have made our reservations for next year!

Really enjoyed the less than two minute walk to the beach. Beautiful sunsets! The unit had all that was needed to make our own meals. Comfy accommodations. No issues.
