Outdoor shower. 500 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 5 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Roma -Firenze" 22 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 37 km. Nearby attractions: Assisi 17 km, Gubbio 30 km, San Feliciano 38 km, Spello 36 km, Bevagna 36 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Fishing [permit required]. The owner lives on the same property. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
