The Seebär house at Deichringstraße 8, with its 6 residential units spread over 3 levels, is located approximately 300 metres from the beach. The house was completely renovated in early 2010 and brought up to the latest standards for tourist accommodation. The entire interior is of high quality. The floors in the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and hallway are tiled. The bedrooms have cork flooring. The house stands out for its attention to detail.

N O - S M O K I N G H O U S E

Supermarkets, restaurants, and shops are located in the immediate vicinity. The indoor seawater pool and its facilities are about 400 metres away, and the heart of Neuharlingersiel—the harbour—is about 700 metres away. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, aber die Betten waren viel zu hart. Außerdem wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel gut gewesen. Wir konnten nicht getrennt aus den Haus gehen.
