This stylish and modernly furnished holiday apartment was renovated in the spring of 2021 and has been looking its best ever since. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and offers approximately 46 m² of space for up to 4 people.

The entire interior is perfectly color-coordinated and is sure to delight you! In the combined living and sleeping area, you’ll find a comfortable box-spring double bed (180x200 cm), a cosy corner sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is well-equipped and features a dining table where four people can dine comfortably. The separate bedroom, furnished with a French double bed (140x200 cm), accommodates two additional guests. The en suite bathroom with a toilet and shower is also bright and modern. On the furnished balcony, you can enjoy the afternoon sun or the sunset and wind down the day in peace. This apartment leaves nothing to be desired!

Two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you right next to the building. Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
