Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.

This one-room holiday apartment is located on the 6th floor of the Berolina apartment complex and features a furnished balcony with a view of the sea. The apartment is approximately 37 m² in size and accommodates up to 2 people. It features a warm and inviting combined living and sleeping area with a double bed (180x200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a small entryway, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is welcome to stay with you for an additional fee.
