An lift takes you comfortably to the 11th floor. This is where your holiday home is located, offering a unique view of the Baltic Sea!

This tastefully furnished one-room apartment for up to 2 people promises peace and relaxation high above the rooftops of Timmendorfer Strand. Enjoy the fantastic ocean view first thing in the morning when you wake up, as the comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) is right next to the large picture window. On the furnished balcony, you can then plan your day over a fresh cup of coffee. The choice is yours—prepare your breakfast in the small, well-equipped kitchen, or treat yourself to the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant (not included). In the uniquely designed bathroom, complete with a bathtub and hair dryer, you’ll start your holiday day feeling refreshed. The TV features Magenta TV, and Wi-Fi is included.

A parking space in the car park (clearance height 1.90 m) right next to the hotel entrance is reserved for you and is already included in the rental price.

The sauna and swimming pool are part of the adjacent hotel’s facilities and can be used there for a fee.

Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not permitted.

Diese habe ich in den Schrank unter den Router gestellt. Könnten Sie diese bitte unten beim Pförtner abgeben, da würde ich diesen abholen lassen. Vielen Dank, wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch. Toller Ausblick. Sehr schlechtes Bett. In keinem der Stühle konnte man es sich mal gemütlich machen um zu lesen. Sehr unbequem. Es hat uns den Eindruck vermittelt, dass alles, was für zu Hause nichts mehr war, in dem Appartement noch zu benutzen ist.
