You’ll love this modern and stylishly furnished 2-room holiday apartment. With a living area of approximately 46 m², there’s plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Berolina apartment complex and offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony.

This apartment has a lot to offer: All of the furnishings are high-quality and perfectly coordinated. Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable box-spring double bed (180x200 cm) on a raised platform in the living room and a full-size double bed (140x200 cm) in the separate bedroom. The floor-to-ceiling cabinets to the right and left of the double bed in the living area serve both as nightstands and as closets for your holiday wardrobe. The living area also features a spacious upholstered seating area, a retro brass bar, a flat-screen TV, and access to the covered, furnished balcony with a cosy seating area. The separate, fully equipped kitchen features, for example, a dishwasher, an oven at a comfortable working height, and a capsule coffee machine. A round dining table and a rustic barn-style sliding door leading to the separate bedroom create an open, airy living atmosphere. The highlights of the interior bathroom are the large, accessible shower (160x80 cm) with a rain showerhead and the large mirror spanning the entire width of the wall. The bathroom is equipped with a high-quality Villeroy & Boch toilet and a vanity unit with a base cabinet. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement storage rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
