The open-concept kitchen opens onto the living area and is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and more. One bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and an additional TV; the second bedroom is located on the upper floor and has two single beds, both of which can be pulled out to form double beds (sleeping area approx. 160x200 cm). The modern bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower rounds out the amenities.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. There is an outdoor parking space for your car, and bicycles can be stored in the bike shed. Wi-Fi is included.
