In a prime location in Scharbeutz: a chic, approximately 107 m² 3-room holiday apartment on the lower ground floor with a large terrace, accommodating up to 5 people.

The Ostsee Koje 45 holiday apartment is tastefully, brightly, and stylishly furnished. How about a drink on the covered terrace? Or make yourself comfortable on the spacious sofa area in front of the TV—and the elegant dining area also invites you to linger. The open kitchen with a chic kitchen island is modernly equipped and offers extras such as an induction stove, an espresso machine (Senseo), and a dishwasher. After a wonderful day at the beach, you’ll sleep like a baby in the box-spring double bed (200x220 cm) in the master bedroom. There’s another TV here as well. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (each 140x200 cm). The couch in the living room also serves as a sleeping area (136x280 cm). The comfortable, naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower, heated floors, and a towel warmer. There is also a guest bathroom. A high chair is available for young guests.

An underground parking space is reserved for you. A shared bicycle storage room is available on site. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the apartment. Wi-Fi is free of charge.
