Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

This individually and stylishly furnished 4-room ground-floor holiday apartment with a terrace and garden, and a living area of approx. 100 m², accommodates up to 5 guests in a quiet location in the Baltic Sea resort of Laboe.

You’ll feel right at home the moment you step into this stylish apartment. In front of you is an elegantly furnished and designed dining area with an open, modern built-in kitchen. Right next to it, you can relax in the cosy living area with a view of the sea. The large terrace offers plenty of space to unwind. The apartment has three bedrooms: Two of them are each furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm, respectively). One bedroom is furnished with a single bed that, if needed, can be converted into an additional sleeping space (2 x 80x200 cm) in a single motion. Two bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, round out this top-notch offer.

A seasonal beach chair is available to you, depending on weather conditions, from approximately April through September. Additional beach chairs are available for your private use in the holiday rental’s garden

Would you like to travel with family or friends? Ideally, we also rent out the neighbouring apartment, Pamir. The holiday rentals can also be used together via a connecting door. We’ll be happy to open this door if needed. Please feel free to contact us!

A parking space at the house is reserved for you. A washing machine is available in the building’s basement. This is to be shared with the neighbouring apartment, Pamir.

You can use an on-site wallbox to charge your electric car for a fee.

If the beach ever gets too crowded, you’ll find a peaceful retreat in Laboe’s idyllic spa park. The Förde Hiking Trail begins right outside the front door, winds along the picturesque coastline, and offers breathtaking views of the Kiel Fjord time and again. Laboe is an ideal place to combine nature and relaxation.
