A tastefully furnished 3-room holiday home on 2 levels with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a magnificent panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. There’s plenty of space here for up to 6 people.

A fresh, Scandinavian-style living room welcomes you with its warm atmosphere. The modern kitchenette has been tastefully integrated into the space. The living area, featuring a sleeper sofa for two, is furnished with additional comfortable seating and is located directly in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, offering sweeping views of the sea, the beach, and the lively activity along the boardwalk. The modern kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a ceramic cooktop, ensuring you have everything you need even while on holiday. A large dining table is perfect for shared meals, game nights, and long evenings in good company. One of the two bedrooms, featuring a double bed, another flat-screen TV, and a closet, is located on the same level. The window faces the sea. The shower room is also on this level. A spiral staircase leads from the entryway up to the second level, offering even more of a view. Here, on a gallery open to the living room, you’ll find the second, very spacious bedroom. It, too, features a double bed and a panoramic view. Another closet here provides space for your holiday wardrobe. A second bathroom makes your stay especially comfortable. The bathtub is perfect for relaxing after long walks on the beach, especially in the winter air of the Baltic Sea.

Wonderful in the summer for long days at the beach and very Nordic in the winter months, with the spray of the waves and the wind in your face. No matter the season, you can enjoy evenings at a wide variety of restaurants, beach bars, or cafés along the waterfront. There are many excursion options around Laboe, and the nearby state capital, Kiel, awaits you with a diverse range of cultural activities or a shopping spree.

Shared washing machines and dryers are available for your holiday laundry (coin-operated).

A parking space in the underground garage is available for your car. Please note the maximum clearance height of 2 m. Larger cars and vans must find a spot outside. Alternatively, we offer you the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability.

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is welcome to join you for an additional fee. Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property.
