Die Lage ist super. Was uns wirklich garnicht gefallen hat ist der Garten. Der ganze Garten wirkt

Die Lage ist super. Was uns wirklich garnicht gefallen hat ist der Garten. Der ganze Garten wirkt ungepflegt, die Büsche sind nicht zurück geschnitten, somit kann man die Autotür nicht öffnen oder den Weg vernünftig begehen. Die Steine vom Pflaster sind sehr verrutscht und man muss aufpassen, dass man sich keinen Bänderriss zuzieht. Hinten im Garten steht überall Sperrmüll unter den Büschen. Platz ist im Haus genügend und es ist an sich alles da was man braucht. Die Sauna in der Garage beginnt zu schimmeln, das Badezimmer dort ist quasi nicht nutzbar, die Duschbrause ist super verkalkt und schmutzig. Zudem schimmelt das gesamte Badezimmer. Die Stühle im Küchenbereich sind aus Stoff, diese sind so fleckig, dass man sich nicht draufsetzen mag. Einen Kinderhochstuhl, wie in der Ausstattung benannt, haben wir nicht vorgefunden. Es besteht auf jeden Fall Renovierungsbedarf und nach meinem Ermessen ist das Objekt sein Geld nicht Wert. Wir sind leider ein wenig enttäuscht und haben uns anhand der Rezensionen etwas mehr erwartet.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Eventuell konnte man die ein oder andere Hecke zum Zugang zur Haustür zurück scheiden. Dies ist aber keine Beanstandung, sondern nur ein Tipp….

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Fenster UND Rahmen geputzt gewesen wären. Im Garten hätten die Büsche zurückgeschnitten sein sollen. Die Autotür war kaum zu öffnen. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war super und die Lage des Objekts sehr schön.
