Wenn Sie das Haus betreten, merken Sie sofort, dass die Eigentümer selber hier oft ihren Mallorca Urlaub verbringen. Perfekt ausgestattet ist die moderne offene Einbauküche. Auch für den Erstvorrat ist gesorgt.

Das geräumige Wohn/Esszimmer ist gemütlich und in warmen Farben gestaltet. Die Finca verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer; jedes hat ein eigenes Bad. Eins befindet sich im Erdgeschoss; das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Ankleide und Zugang zur oberen Terrasse liegt im ersten Obergeschoss.

Im Sommer findet auf Mallorca das Leben draußen statt. Deshalb ist in CASA SON MOJA der Außenbereich besonders schön. Die Terrasse, die von der Küche aus direkt begehbar ist, ist großzügig und ausgestattet mit einem runden Esstisch mit vier Stühlen sowie zwei Liegen mit Sonnenschirm. Hier können Sie frühstücken, auf der Sonnenliege relaxen oder im Whirl Pool chillen; auch im Winter, denn das Wasser ist geheizt.

Der runde Jacuzzi ist in einer Holzterrasse eingebettet und verfügt über verschiedene Sprudelfunktionen. Direkt nebenan befindet sich die Außendusche. Und an den lauen Sommerabenden wird der Grill angemacht. Dann kann sich jeder das grillen, was er auf dem Wochenmarkt in Santanyí eingekauft hat.

Das Haus verfügt über einen gemütlichen Holzofen und jedes Zimmer hat fest eingebauten Klimageräte, die sich individuell kalt oder warm einstellen lassen. Somit ist die Villa auch während der kälteren Jahreszeit eine tolle Urlaubsbleibe; sogar für mehrere Wochen zu besonderen Konditionen.

The place was wonderful and not far from the beach or the old town. It was very clean and cosy. Had all of the necessary equipment and utensils in the kitchen and outside grill. Angeline was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from booking to restaurant recommendations and checkout.Only thing I would recommend are new shower curtains in both baths.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hébergement qui est tel qu’annoncé et que nous recommandons. Propre, confortable, bien équipé et à qqs minutes de route de belles calas, épiceries et du village de Santanyi. Stationnement facile juste en avant dans la rue. Quartier résidentiel très calme. Nous ne donnons pas 5* pour de petits détails qui auraient pu rendre l’expérience plus conviviale. L’adresse initialement reçue était inexacte. Ensuite, nous n’avons pas été avisés qu’un dépôt cash de 250 devait être laissé à la personne qui nous accueillait, en plus d’avoir une limite d’utilisation d’électricité quotidienne pour laquelle nous saurions seulement au moment du départ si une surcharge serait facturée à ce moment. Nulle part dans l’annonce ou les comms préalablement reçues ces infos n’ont été communiquées, ce qui aurait été très apprécié. Heureusement, Angeline qui nous a accueillis a été flexible comme nous n’avions pas 250 sur nous à l’arrivée. Bref, un excellent séjour à Santanyi mais le processus d’arrivée et départ pourrait être facilité.

Dear Amelie, thanks for your posiive Feedback. The remark about the address, the tax and the deposit is not correct. On June 20, 2026 your received at 19:46 h an email with all the details. The information about all that is also in the adverb of the portal. But I am happy we solved all that questions. You paid at the check in only a small amount of deposit and at the end of your stay I did not charge the electrical consume. Happy you enjoyed your stay, the house and the beaches. We meet directly at the house. The address of the house is: Carrer Gabriel Maura y Muntaner, 4, 07659 Santanyi Once you called me after your arrival telling me that you left the airport you’ll receive the link to Google Maps. 5. Since July 2016 a tourist tax has to be paid by every guest over 16 years of age. The amount is € 2,20/€ 1,10 per person per night and therefore according to my calculation € 37,40. Please bring the amount with you in cash to check in. Thanks in advance. 6. I would like to remind you that on handing out the keys a deposit of € 250,00 is due in cash.
