- Two fully equipped kitchens: with a stunning view of the vineyards, including all the latest appliances, two Bialetti coffee machines with complimentary pods, two kettles with a wide selection of teas and herbal teas, two toasters, and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.
In one of the two kitchens, you’ll find a wood-burning stove, which adds a rustic and traditional touch to the space, and a Smart TV—perfect for enjoying a film or your favourite TV series.

Upon your arrival, you’ll find a selection of pastries, assorted snacks, juices, and water at your disposal.

-First Bedroom: featuring a very comfortable queen-size bed (160x190 cm), a chest of drawers for storing your belongings, and a closet.

- Two bathrooms: ultra-modern, fully clad in marble, and equipped with complete bathroom fixtures and very spacious showers.
Each guest is provided with a set of four high-quality towels in various sizes (including one for use at the pool) and a Welcome Kit containing personal hygiene products.

The villa also offers a beautiful terrace equipped with a small table, chairs, lounge chairs, and umbrellas—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic view.

In addition to air conditioning, the Villa features a complete home automation system: thanks to the smart home system installed in the apartment, you can conveniently open the blinds right from your bed!
