House can sleep 10 and is located on a quiet street. It is less than 100 feet from the beach (majority of year the beach is free). Centrally located in Sea Bright within walking distance from supermarket, liquor store, restaurants, shops, and beach. The house has recently been renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms, and hardwood floors. All new appliances including washer and dryer. Just a short drive away from area attractions such as Sandy Hook, Pier Village, Monmouth Racetrack, mall, theaters, and Red Bank antique district.

We are a couple with 3 small kids who live near this house. We were both born and raised in NJ and met while at Rutgers University. We have been renovating and renting homes in the area for a few years now and are extremely attentive to the homes and renters.
