This 140 m² ground-floor apartment in a two-family house features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, comfortably accommodating four guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, five TVs, and towels for the beach and pool.



Enjoy the spacious, lush garden reserved exclusively for you, featuring a pool, hot tub, and a beautiful sauna. A covered terrace with a grill is available year-round. Your hosts ensure complete privacy throughout your stay.



The house is situated in the famous horse town of Warendorf, renowned for its annual championship and stallion parade.



Cultural highlights like the Georg-Lechner Beer Museum and Münster City Museum are perfect for day trips. The Münster Christmas Market and Prinzipalmarkt invite you to shop, while the Fun Center Nimmerland and WersePark Südmühle are also worth a visit.

Sehr schöne, luxuriöse und saubere Ferienwohnung.

Pros: Diese Unterkunft ist einfach super. Man hat alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub, einschließlich schönem Garten mit Pool und Sauna. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hatten für uns auch gute Tipps für Ausflugsziele und Veranstaltungen parat. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht.

Top Unterkunft, sehr liebe Gastgeber

Pros: Wir wollten ein paar Tage Pool-Urlaub mit unserem 2 monate alten Baby machen und hatten dafür die perfekte Unterkunft. Alles sauber, modern und sehr gepflegt. Die Familie Schaffner ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer sofort erreichbar. Für das check in mussten wir nur 30 min vorher bescheid geben und wurden herzlich empfangen Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung und bei weiteren Fragen hat alles super geklappt über Whatsapp. Die Unterkunft bietet noch viel mehr als in der Anzeige und sieht auch insgesamt noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und wir waren fasziniert von dem Wasserhahn, mit einem Klick kann man wählen zwischen gefiltertem Wasser, Sprudelwasser oder kochendem Wasser.. sowas kannten wir noch nicht:'). Der Pool wurde jeden Tag um halb 7 gereinigt und der Elektrogrill war auch perfekt, netterweise mussten wir diesen nicht mal reinigen. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber
