The state stud farm is about 2 km away. Located on a cul-de-sac right next to the forest, you can walk to the DOKR in 5 minutes. It’s only about 2 km to the historic city centre, which is easily accessible by the community bus (about 400 m away). The Ems Bike Path and the Historic City Centers Bike Path are also nearby. The apartment has been available for 3 years.

The staircase to the apartment has 15 steps. From the balcony, you can look out over the adjacent gardens and the forest beyond. The southwest-facing balcony leads into the apartment, which is on two levels. The lower level features a built-in kitchen, a sitting area, a dining area, historic cabinets, and a separate bathroom with a spacious shower and a washing machine that you can use for your personal laundry. On the upper level, there is a double bed (2x2 m) and a 1.40 m bed, as well as a closet. The beds are on the same level and are separated only by a shelving unit. A travel cot can be set up if needed.
The apartment is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children or for 2–4 adults.
