Welcome to our 4-star certified WANDA holiday apartment on the sunny island of Usedom, located between the piers of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. Look forward to a beautiful, bright apartment in Villa Bismarckshöhe, a historic guesthouse from the Imperial era that is a designated historic landmark.

Our spacious, bright ground-floor holiday apartment, measuring 44 m², is ideally suited for 2 people and can be expanded to accommodate 2 additional guests upon request. You’re just a 2-minute walk from the fine, white-sand Baltic Sea beach, which invites you to take long walks and enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea.

From the living area on the veranda, you have direct access to the sunny terrace, which faces south and thus offers perfect conditions for relaxing under an apricot tree. The comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 195 cm) and two wicker chairs invite you to sit together comfortably or read on the veranda.
In the fully equipped open kitchen, you can easily cook and eat together. The separate bedroom next door features a cosy double bed (160 x 200 cm). A modern bathroom with a super-shallow shower rounds out the comfort and ensures a pleasant start to your day.

Enjoy the amenities of our home, which is surrounded by mature trees and a lovingly landscaped yard. A barbecue area invites you to enjoy social evenings outdoors, while on-site parking spaces (240 cm wide) and a lockable bike storage room ensure your mobility and security. Please note that due to space limitations, very large bicycles (height >121 cm or weight >30 kg) cannot be stored in the bicycle storage room. There is no space available for parking large vehicles, such as full-size saloons or RVs (longer than 470 cm and wider than 190 cm).
We’re now also pleased to offer the option to charge your electric car on our property using our in-house wallbox. Please register in advance to use this service. You will be billed for the kWh used; please bring your own charging cable.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available to all guests.
