The small kitchenette is functionally equipped and, with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dining area, offers everything you need to prepare your own meals while on holiday. A dining table complements the living space and invites you to enjoy relaxed meals. The bathroom features a sink, toilet, mirror, and a shower with a tub and hot water. Heating, Wi-Fi, and a TV provide additional comfort.

The outdoor area is particularly charming: a terrace, garden, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and an awning create the perfect setting for enjoying the fresh North Sea air in a peaceful environment. The view of the garden enhances the pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. A private parking space right next to the property is also available.

Thanks to its central location, bakeries, restaurants, the Duhner village fountain, and shopping options are all within easy walking distance. The Wadden Sea and the beach promenade are practically right on your doorstep—whether for walking, biking, or simply taking a deep breath.
