Sehr zentral gelegen. Bäckerei, Schwimmbad, viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und die Promenade in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen Wasserschaden in der Wohnung, dieser wurde durch einen Wohnungswechsel ohne Probleme super gemacht. Man kann in Cuxhaven wie Bremerhaven sehr viel unternehmen, gerne wieder.
