The open-concept living and dining area welcomes you with warm colours, high-quality furniture, and large windows that let in plenty of light. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with brand-name appliances such as a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and coffee maker—ideal for relaxed evenings spent cooking. Direct access to the wraparound rooftop terrace makes living here particularly airy and light-filled. A washing machine and dryer are available in the separate utility area, and an lift takes you conveniently up to the penthouse level.

**Sleeping**
The bedroom features a high-quality, extra-long box-spring bed (180 × 220 cm)—perfect for restful nights. Soft colours, floor-to-ceiling windows, and blackout options create a cosy atmosphere. For additional guests, there’s a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area, which is particularly suitable for children or a third person. Please note that all beds are equipped with full-length mattresses in case you’d like to bring your own bedding.
