In an exclusive location with direct access to the promenade, the modern, newly built villa “Marlen” welcomes you. The high-quality, well-appointed apartments offer you attractive and cosy comfort, creating a charming holiday atmosphere.

Your accommodation is located roughly halfway between the two imperial spa towns of Heringsdorf and Bansin. From here, you can reach the lively town centers and the piers in about a 15-minute walk. Standing on the promenade with the villa behind you, walk to the right for about 10 minutes to reach the Pinguin ice cream parlour and the Seebär beach snack bar. From there, follow Strandstraße towards the town centre to find more restaurants and bistros. You can take picturesque walks along the idyllic Schloonsee by walking about 5 minutes from Maxim-Gorki-Straße in front of the house towards Bansin.

Suitable for guests with mobility impairments: An lift takes you comfortably from the ground floor directly to your apartment level or the basement level with the sauna.

To round out your vacation’s wellness experience, warm up in the free communal sauna (Nov. 1 – Apr. 30, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 16.00 - 21.00 ). Afterwards, relax on one of the lounge chairs.

You can store your own or rented bicycles either at the building entrance or securely in the villa’s bike storage room. In addition, you can use a washing machine and dryer in the basement for a fee.

Each apartment has 1 parking space available on the property.

To access the property, you will receive a remote control upon arrival, for which a deposit of 50 € is required.

This 107-square-meter, 4-room apartment on the 2nd floor is accessible from the basement via the lift. You can enjoy the sun on the three balconies at almost any time of day. The spacious living area, with its large glass walls, features a cosy sitting area with a large flat-screen TV and a stereo system. From here, you can also step out onto the larger balcony, which is furnished with a large table and chairs and is perfect for enjoying meals together outdoors. The adjacent dining area, featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, etc.—and a dining area for 6 people, is also open and integrated into the living space. From the dining area, you can step out onto the adjoining south-facing balcony. The large bedroom with an en suite bathroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. A second large flat-screen TV is available here for your entertainment, and there is also room for an additional travel cot. The spacious bathroom features a shower and double sinks with a toilet. Another bedroom is also furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), storage space, and an additional TV. From here, you can also access the south-facing balcony, which offers guests a bit of privacy. The small bedroom is furnished with a tandem bed (each 80 x 200), which can accommodate up to 2 people as needed. The other bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and a sink/toilet. In the basement, you’ll find a sauna, which is available to guests free of charge during the winter months, as well as a bike storage room, a washing machine, and a dryer.

Two parking spaces are located on the enclosed property and are assigned to the apartment.
