The newly built Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie apartment complex, completed in 2018, is located in a quiet beachfront setting, right on the Ahlbeck Promenade. With beach access right outside the door and the surrounding greenery of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. Guests staying in the apartments at the back can enjoy even more sunshine. The beach is particularly wide and beautiful along this stretch. A short distance from the pier and Ahlbeck’s main beach, you can swim and relax in peace here. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. A wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and bars in the seaside resort await guests. The three imperial spas offer an eventful summer of art and culture, as well as a variety of events even outside the peak season. The “Baltic Hills” golf course is about a 10-minute drive away.

A special highlight is offered during the off-season (September 15 – June 15): Guests have free access to a small wellness area in the building, featuring two sauna rooms (Finnish and bio sauna), including showers and a relaxation room. The saunas are available daily from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

This high-quality, tastefully furnished 3-room apartment measures 60 square metres and is located on the ground floor of the Strandresidenz, which was newly built in 2018. The two-bedroom apartment offers ample comfort for four people on holiday. In the living area, featuring a large picture window, you’ll find a comfortable upholstered seating set with two sofas and an armchair, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for shared meals. The modern kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and more, is also open-concept and integrated into the living area. Both bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. One of the bedrooms features an additional TV. From the living area and one of the bedrooms, you can access the large, south-facing, covered, and furnished terrace, which promises many relaxing hours in the sun and al fresco dining. The beach chair offers you a little seclusion. The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a walk-in shower featuring a real glass partition and a sink/toilet.

One parking space is available in the building’s underground garage. (Note: Double parking space—max. car height 1.90 m, max. car length 5.20 m, max. car width 2.20 m, max. load capacity 2.6 t).

The owner covers the cost of renting a beach chair at the nearest beach access point at IN-KA’s Strandoase (subject to availability).
