In the Baltic Sea resort of Ahlbeck, the Tannenburg apartment building is situated in a quiet beachfront location directly on the promenade, with beach access right outside the door. The location can be described as particularly attractive, as it’s where the beach meets the surrounding greenery. A short walk will take you to the town centre and the famous historic Ahlbeck pier. Many restaurants and cafés, along with the unique charm of Ahlbeck, extend a warm welcome to you.

This well-maintained and lovingly furnished 45-square-meter 2-room apartment is situated in a prime location right on the white sandy beach. It is located on the top floor and features a south-facing balcony accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The living area is furnished with a cosy couch (with a pull-out bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m), an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV/radio. The modern kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, etc., and a dining area are open and integrated into the living area. When furnishing the bedroom, special attention was paid to ensuring a good night’s sleep. Guests have access to a double bed with a king-size box-spring mattress (W180 x L200 x H24), ample closet space, a tower fan, and an additional TV. The well-equipped bathroom offers guests a bathtub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a sink/toilet. A guest bathroom is also available. Guests may use a parking space in the building’s underground garage. (Note: Double parking space—max. vehicle height 1.50 m, max. vehicle length 5.00 m, max. weight 2 t, minimum ground clearance: front 22.2 cm, centre 14.0 cm, rear 27.5 cm).
