Our bright, like-new 101-square-meter attic apartment is centrally located. The building is set back one block from the street within a traffic-calmed zone (30 km/h speed limit).
This cosy apartment features Wi-Fi and offers ample space for one to six people. It is a smoke-free apartment; pets are not allowed.
It features a living room and three separate bedrooms with the following sleeping arrangements:
Double bed (180 × 200 cm)
Double bed (140 × 200 cm)
Two single beds (90 × 200 cm each)
The living room is equipped with a TV and offers access to the balcony with an awning.
The fully equipped built-in kitchen features a filter coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, cutlery, dishes, refrigerator, electric stove with oven, and a dishwasher.
A separate toilet with a window and a bathroom with a window and a walk-in shower are available. A washing machine can be used upon request.
Each room is equipped with a smoke detector.
The apartment has gas central heating.
Bed linens, as well as bath and hand towels, are provided.
Parties or group events are not permitted in the accommodation.
The accommodation includes two free parking spaces directly in front of the house.
Bicycles can be securely stored in the garage.
Check-in & Key Pickup:
The keys will be handed over in person upon your arrival by the owner, who also lives in the house.
Please contact us well in advance of your arrival to coordinate your estimated arrival time.
