The location is impressive, everything is within walking distance: the apartment has 2 rooms, hall and shower room. Overall, it is well suited for 4 people: 4 single beds, which can also be made into a double bed in one of the two rooms. In the living room there is a modern kitchenette with a dishwasher! The apartment was modern and redesigned in 2017. A separate studio is available on the same level,

Altstadt TĂŒbingen

Super central. Nothing like the Altstadt of TĂŒbingen. You can to anywhere from here. Major bus stops are right here. Windows reduce any outside noise amazingly. Not an issue. Truly clean. Assistance by the owner and communication was impeccable! A great find!

Great location, responsive host

This apartment was in a great location, across the street from the old botanical gardens and right next to Nonnenhaus. We walked everywhere. When we arrived, the heat was not on and it was chilly but the host was very responsive when we inquired, and he advised the heat is automatic at certain times. There is no laundry on-site but we washed a load nearby.

Very clean. Newly renovated. Nice appointments. Great old town location. Best parking is in Old Town Konnig parking facility. €16.80 per day. 5 min walk. Not bad at all. Would recommend.

Cute apartment in Tubingen

This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Tubingen. We were four adults, three of whom are over 6 feet tall, but we managed just fine for three nights. The couch beds were very comfy and the table was perfect for breakfast. The best feature, however, is the location of the apartment. Across from the park and close to everything else, the city was at our fingertips. We were visiting our daughter who is studying at the University in Tubingen and would definitely stay here again if we were to return!

Fantastic location but sterile apartment

The location is fantastic, a short walk from so many amazing things! Everything was clean, and most things were in working order. The water heater was set to hand washing and not shower, The apartment itself is extremely sterile, more of a "crash pad" than an actual apartment. The kitchen isn't super usable for very much cooking - there's only a two burner stovetop and one of them is too close to the wall switch/outlet to be used with a large pot.There were no staples in the house, seasonings, oil, etc. If you are to try to cook it's going to be with whatever you bring in, not even salt.The front door to the building slams hard, every time anyone comes in or out of the apartment, and there is some road noise. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors pretty easily. The apartment itself has very cute pictures of scenes you're likely to find around TĂŒbingen, but each one is the same size - and placed very exactly on the walls. Overall, it's not a "home"y feel - it felt more like university dorm than an apartment someone actually lives in.

Es fehlten die BettbezĂŒge. Es ist sehr laut und direkt an der Strasse. Die Ausschreibung ist nicht korrekt: Das Appartment befindet sich nicht im Nonnenhaus, sondern in einem GebĂ€ude daneben. Das App ist in meinen Augen nur fĂŒr 2 Personen geeignet und nicht fĂŒr 4 Personen.

Wonderful stay in downtown

We traveled to Tuebingen with our entire family and our stay in this flat made for an easy trip. The apartment was centrally located with easy access to transportation. The apartment was clean and quiet and accommodated our entire group, including separate studio for family friends. We would certainly return to this flat next time we visit.

Die Wohnung ist in einem Ă€lteren Haus, aber relativ neu renoviert und sehr sauber; schlicht aber modern eingerichtet; Lage ist ideal, nur 5 Fußminuten mitten ins attraktive Zentrum von TĂŒbingen; BĂ€cker, Post, Supermarkt um die Ecke; wir waren zu zweit eine Woche da, eine Belegung mit vier Personen ist grundsĂ€tzlich schon möglich, aber dann wird es doch recht eng, dann fehlt der Stauraum fĂŒr Kleidung, Koffer, Lebensmittel etc.

Schöne location!

Das Appartment liegt am Rande der Altstadt und ist absolut perfekt ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls top. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die doch eher laute Straße, die direkt vorbeifĂŒhrt. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem, allerdings möchte man im Sommer nachts das Fenster aufmachen und dann wird es morgens schon laut. Das ist aber wirklich die einzige EinschrĂ€nkung!

mittendrin und doch ruhig

alles ist neu und praktisch eingerichtet. Und die Lage könnte nicht zentraler sein: wer nach hinten rausgeht statt zum viel befahrenen Stadtgraben, steht praktisch gleich vor dem Nonnenhaus. Und dank Schallschutzfenstern bleibt der LĂ€rm von der Straße draußen.

Modernes Apartment im Herzen TĂŒbingens

Sehr schönes modernes Apartment in altem charmanten Haus mit guter Ausstattung, inklusive BĂŒgeleisen, Mikrowelle etc. Sehr gut isolierte Fenster, was wichtig ist, da das Apartment an einer sehr befahrenen Straße liegt. Wir fanden die Ferienwohnung sehr sauber vor. Es gab genĂŒgend HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr alle GĂ€ste, Seife usw war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem, es gab sogar eine Klappmatratze wo wir unsere kleine Tochter schlafen lassen konnten. Das einzig störende war das Licht im Flur mit Bewegungsmelder. Und es gab ein Laken zu wenig, was wir aber bei Freunden aus TĂŒbingen leihen konnten. Ansonsten schneller und freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Vielen Dank!

Lage gut, Haus ist laut und kalt

Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Ausstattung ist einfach aber ordentlich, sauber und teils neu (Bad). Leider knallt die HaustĂŒre dermaßen ins Schloss, dass dies echt störend ist. Die LautstĂ€rke zur Straße ist ok, gute Fenster! Die TV- Fernbedienung hatte keine geladenen Batterien. Preislich sicherlich zu teuer fĂŒr das was man bekommt...

Great location, simple clean property

All in all we had a good experience at this apartment. It was a little tricky to find as are a lot of places in the old town of TĂŒbingen. Unfortunately the parking was a bit of an issue. That location adjacent to the apartment was under construction and we did not forsee that. Also the adjoining apartments didn’t actually adjoin. They were separated by a hallway. Neither of these would be a big issue except I was traveling alone with my four children and had to walk to the parking garage in the dark at 3 AM to catch an early flight. And had to leave some children in a separate apartment from where I was sleeping. Everything turned out great in the end and I would go back, I just wish I’d been prepared for those slight challenges.
