Located in Sasso di Bordighera, Casa Vacanza Le Primavere offers you a fantastic view of the Ligurian Sea. The 65 m² property features a living room with two single sofa beds, a kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to five guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. Enjoy relaxing evenings on your private balcony.
You can use shared outdoor facilities, including sun loungers, a cool and airy garden, a terrace, and a barbecue. Please note: the pool is private. Swimming is at your own risk, and the owners are not liable for any accidents. There is no lifeguard, and unaccompanied minors are not allowed in the pool area.
The home is just steps from a scenic trail along the river to the historic center of Bordighera Alta. Public transport connections are also within walking distance.
Parking is available. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed (for an extra nightly fee). Smoking and parties are not permitted. There is storage for motorcycles and bicycles.
